The main trends and business opportunities in the halal consumer segment will be presented, both in Spain and in Europe and globally, as demand is growing in both quantity and sophistication. The meat segment and its derivatives will be analyzed in particular. Business case studies will also be presented, demonstrating how companies have innovated and diversified markets through the production of halal products.

Experts and companies will analyze how the halal consumer segment is growing nationally and internationally and how this consumption is incentivizing innovation in the production of many companies. They will also examine how halal products are allowing companies to diversify their markets, reaching consumers who are loyal to their consumption patterns.

The Chairman of the Muslim Trade Forum, the UK's association of Muslim businesspeople, will present the business opportunities in the halal sector in this market, as well as strategies for entering the UK halal market. A Q&A session and the possibility of meetings with participating companies will follow. Space is limited and prior registration is required.
