    Biography

    An expert in the defense of consumer rights with more than 35 years of experience, he has been President of the Valencian Consumers and Users Association since 1997 and former national President of the Confederation of Consumers and Users (CECU) (2008–2022). He has served as a board member on multiple bodies, including the Economic and Social Council of Spain, the Spanish Consumers and Users Council, and as an advisor to the RTVE Group and other observatories. Since 2025, he has served as President of the Economic and Social Committee of the Valencian Community (CES CV), contributing his expertise in consumer affairs, social dialogue, and citizen participation.
