    Patricia Jurado

    Biography

    Patricia is a Food and Nutrition Researcher and University Professor specializing in qualitative and quantitative food studies, with a focus on sustainable food systems, public health, and cooking. She has contributed to institutions such as Harvard University, where she received the Physics Department’s Best Teaching Fellow award in 2020 for her interdisciplinary approach. Named one of the 100 Young Talents in Gastronomy by the Basque Culinary Center in 2022, her work integrates gastronomy, behavior change, and public health to build more sustainable and inclusive food systems.
